Richard Neylon teaches the Uilleann Pipes, flute and whistle in the Galway area.

Richard has been awarded a TTCT Diploma by Ceomhaltas Ceolteoiri Eireann, a qualification given to musicians who have completed the Teacher Training Course.

I am also available to give Skype lessons to budding pipers around the world.

To receive a webcam lesson you will need...

• A broadband internet connection
• Download and install Skype or iChat/Facetime

 - Skype is a free program that allows voice and video chat. It works like a telephone. Instead of dialling a phone number, you call a person through their username.

 - FaceTime is Apple's video calling service. FaceTime makes video calls over Wi-Fi from your Apple device to another Apple user. It usually comes built in to most new Apple Mac computers.

• Finally.. Get a webcam! And make sure it is compatible with Skype. If you have a Apple computer, it will most likely have a built in camera.
